DFAT values China uranium exports at $250m.

A parliamentary committee has been told uranium exports to China could be worth $250 million a year for Australia.
The Joint Standing Committee on Treaties is examining two agreements with China which both cover the transfer and safeguard of nuclear material.
John Carlson, from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, says Australia would sell uranium to China for power generation.
He says Australia could export about 2,500 tonnes of uranium to China each year.
"That would be a reasonable expectation for us to be exporting to China," he said.
"I'm not sure what the uranium price will be the, but the current spot prices of around $100 a kilogram we're talking something in the order of $250 million
