Price worries over renewable energy target.

Opponents of the Victorian Government's planned mandatory renewable energy target say the plan will force up the price of electricity and cost jobs.
The Government will introduce the legislation into State Parliament this week.
It will force electricity retailers to buy a minimum of 10 per cent renewable energy by 2016.
But Tim Le Roy from the Victorian Landscape Guardians says the decision will largely benefit the union superfunds group Industry Funds Management, which part owns Pacific Hydro.
"From the proposals I've seen that are on the drawing boards out there cities like Ballarat are going to have a ring of steel around them.
"A lot of developers are now heeding the message that our coast needs to be protected.
"But there's other landscapes that are under threat as well, if you look at the Brisbane Ranges we believe Pacific Hydro are going to have another go at Yaloak.
"There is no assurance of landscape protection."
